A. In Feast 2 Fast® we utilize three levels of carbs so that you can find a carb load that works for you and is sustainable. F2F is not a strict diet. We do not believe in restriction as this is unsustainable. The goal of this program is to give you the tools and knowledge to make long-term changes that fit in with real life.
